Biographical Information: Robert was the son of Thomas Browne, Archdeacon of Ipswich, and Ellen Browne, of Elmsett Rectory, Suffolk. He attended Framlingham College, Suffolk from 1931- 1935. He was known to be a distinguished sportsman and very keen member of the college. He was on the signals staff. He was 23 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
