Dave Weldon's Scratch-built 1/96 Scale Hood

The model shown here is being built by Mr Dave Weldon of the H.M.S. Hood Association. Dave is a true expert on the subject, having spent 40+ years researching Hood. This is a long-term project that he has been working on for approximately 20 years now. It is constructed from metal and tin plate and promises to be an extremely super-detailed mid-late 1930s rendition of battle cruiser Hood. We are most indebted to Dave for sending these photos in, and we look forward to seeing additional photos in the future. When we receive them, we will be sure to post them here.
