Biographical Information: "Hubert", as he was known to his friends and family, was the husband of Eva Tozer, of Portsmouth. He was the son of Harry and Ethel Tozer.

Hubert originally entered the Navy as a gunnery rating (his service number was J50379. He eventually was commissioned in the officer ranks. He was 40 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
