Biographical Information: Bill, as he was known, was born on 25 May 1917 to William and Mary Rose, of Brighton, Sussex. Bill was quite shy but would do anything for anyone. He often helped his father, a fisherman, aboard his boat as well. Bill was 23 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
