Biographical Information: James was born on 08 October 1919 in Brighton, Sussex. He was the husband of Jessie Mabel Robb. Prior to serving in Hood, James served in the aircraft carrier H.M.S. Eagle.

He was 21 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
