Biographical Information: Raymond was the husband of Phyllis Phillips, of Snodland, Kent. He was the son of Launcelot and Rose Phillips. He was the brother of Lancelot Jack Phillips, also lost in Hood. Raymond was 28 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
