Biographical Information: Harry, as he was known, was born on 08 April 1909 in Woolwich, Kent to Thomas and Florance Owen. He was the husband of Phyllis Owen. Together, they had one son, also named Harry, born just under 5 months after the sinking of Hood. He was 32 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
