Biographical Information: Hugh was born on 13 April 1909 in Portsmouth, Hampshire. He was the husband of Lilian Moore. His father and brother were also known to have served in the Navy. Hugh was known to have attended the Royal Hospital School in Greenwich until he turned 15. He was awarded the Battle of Britain medal, Atlantic Star and War Medal 1939-1945. Hugh was 32 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
