Biographical Information: James was born on 05 August 1909 in Carndonagh, Inishoewn, County Donegal, Ireland to Michael and Hannah Lynch. He is believed to have been one of 7 children. The family later moved to Limavady, Northern Ireland.

James was the husband of Elizabeth Lynch. They are known to have had a daughter, Juliet, who became a nurse. He was 31 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
