Biographical Information: Herbert was born on 19 April 1917 in Portsmouth, Hampshire to Chief Petty Officer Stanley Lovegrove and Francis Lovegrove. He was the husband of Edna Lovegrove. He was serving as an Acting Leading Seaman and was 24 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
