Biographical Information: Robert was born on 27 April 1903 in Londonderry, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland to James and Margaret Kelly. He was the husband of Matilda Kelly, of Culmore, County Londonderry. He was serving as an Acting Stoker Petty Officer and was 38 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
