Biographical Information: Francis was born on 09 October 1919 in Liverpool, Lancashire to Francis and Julia Coulthurst. He is known to have had an older sister named Mona. He was the husband of Lizzie Coulthurst, of Mitcham, Surrey. He was 21 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
