Biographical Information: Arthur was born on 04 June 1922 to William and Elizabeth Anderson, of Portsmouth, Hampshire. His naval training was at H.M.S. St Vincent sometime around 1938/39. He was 18 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
